Centring - developing and focussing on a strong central core to stabilise our movements and protect muscles and joints

  

Concentration – on the performance of the movement and breath pattern, awareness of the body position during each sequence

  

Control – of the limbs, placement and speed of exercise movements avoiding momentum and incorrect posture

  

Precision – in the repetition of each part of each exercise or sequence

  

Breath – control of breath is important in the engagement of the core muscles during movement and at rest

  

Flow – movement sequences will flow from one to another, linking and ensuring smooth transition.
